Cooking With Us - E24 - Chipotle Chicken

Ready for a short n sweet (well, spicy) cooking with us? OK!

We made chicken with chipotle sauce and tons of cheese!  Do I have to say it was delicious?
It was.
You know that though, you're smart people:)

 It's so easy to make and so yummy, why not try it out?

When you're an editor sometimes you do weird things, like this:

No, not eating bad Mexican cheese, it's a freeze frame of a push from one piece of video to another.

It's important to have good cheese.
Super important!

 You're clearly gonna need chipotles. We tried chipotle sauce - no thanks. 
Chipotles in adobo is still the way to go.

The color is bizarre in this pic (thanks weird video still!) but we used 1 can of chipotles in adobo and
two smallish? tomatoes!

 We blended it well in our Ninja (sponsorship? pending) :) 
And added some garlic powder, obvs!

Hopefully your oven is preheated to ~ 375..
We had to butterfly our chicken breasts because they were ginormous.

Cook them till they're pretty much done, 15-20 minutes.
Then spread on your amazing sauce =)

And top with the best cheese you can find.

Cook 5-15 more minutes, till it's all melted and delicious!

Top with avocado slices because... Avocado!

Now devour it. Because you will.. Like we did :)

It helps if your husband births an Alien Brigly.

And especially if said Brigly gives you nose kisses!

So pretty simple right?

Chicken, topped with a sauce of chipotles in adobo  + tomatoes + garilic powder
blended in a ninja!

Cooked at 375 for about 20 minutes, taken out, sauce n cheese added, cook till done,
top with avocados!
Voila my friends :)
