Misc. Pix from your Favorite Chix!!

Praha Prague Prag...etc

Yes, Prague - an oasis in the desert of overpriced Europe!

The beauty of Prague! View from the 'Karluv Most' (Christopher Bridge). One of my fave spots on all of Europe!

To Jesus I pray! (wink wink)

The view of the opposite direction on the Karluv Most!

Nessy is so happy as we venture into Old Prague (where we had gone the day before for passports).

One of several people who wanted their pix taken with us!

Nessy and I on the bridge. (Can we say tourist-ridden!)

Nessy and I infront of this awesome church from the middle ages.

A very cool clock complete with a bell-ringing skeleton.

Ness was obsessed with these creepy dolls while we were there!

Ness on the street where we stayed - all the strip clubs and whore houses are soooo purty!

In front of a strip club near our apartment.. it had to be done.

Ness infront of the museum near where we were staying.

Even cow parade likes Prague!

Nessy at night infront of the cool chruch.

Coolest experience Ever!! Fireworks explode as Carmina Burana ends!

Ness and I doing our impression of a tourist we had seen earlier in the day (great smiles eh?)

Prague:)

Me and some drunken Scottish guys.

Me drinking my Pilsner Urquelle! (sp?)

Ahhh I am not a child molester!!!

Ich Bein Berliner

The morning we left Prague Ness had bought this hotdog-thing and some popcorn. I look like the guy on the bench next to me!

We reached Berlin and freaked, thinking we'd left the camera someplace!! This is me finding it after Ness ran off to check the train.

Ness in front of one of the pretty, random flower gardens in the Berlin train station.

Ah the sites of Berlin! Ness and I chill at the Waschsalon ;p

Ignoring the 'Don't Feed the Animals' sign.

Ness poses with our puppies so we can shoot the goth in the background. Tons of em in Europe, and a bunch in Germany.

The result of our time in Berlin - we had to dye our hair black to be uber gothy.. Er.. industrial?

Ness looks so pretty as our train pulls into Paris!!

And I mope.

Manu

Manu, after hearing all we had for breakfast was coffee and bread, feeds us OJ, coffee, and bread;p

Ness with Manu and one of his friends.

Me in Manu's room. Moping.

Ness and I at the Pompidou center.

I was very excited to actulally recognize something in here! Picasso's 'Absinthe glass' - yay!!!!

Ness in a Pompidou outer walkway, Eiffel Tower in the background.

The view from the Centre Pompidou - of Notre Dame!

Ness in front of St. Huistasche (sp?)

Me getting ready to go out for dinner.

Ness looking tres cool for dinner.

The Eiffel Tower doing its cool sparkly thing! (Every hour on the hour and for 10 minutes after)

Manu and another of his friends...

I try Foie Gras (sp) for the first time.

Ness and Manu's little brother. She tries to expose them to country music but they kept turning up their techno.

Me and Nessy after dinner in Manu's living room.

Me, intoxicated and tired, sit for a moment propped against Manu's brother.

The next morning after World War 3, we head down to Nimes in the south of France.

Ness on the TGV reading from my poetry book. Pretty pic!

Nessy's room at Manu's house in Nimes.

The Roman Coliseum in Nimes - Manu and I are actually in this picture.

Nessy in some structure in front of the Coliseum.

A building inside the coliseum used for bullfights and other spectacles. Toro!!

Ness and Manu on the old part of the coliseum.

Ness in the coliseum in front of a bistro she thought was very cute.

I 'sunbathe' in the ancient coliseum - the weather was much better in Nimes than in Paris.

The view from the top - tile roofs characteristic of Italy are present in France.

The sign said 'vomitoire' which just means hallway or something, but come on, it's ROMAN!!

Me at the Roman Baths! A little too nippy for a dippy tho.

This swan prolly wanted more than just a picture taken, but that's all we had to offer.

Manu drove us around the countryside, so we stopped at this vineyard to take pix - I mean, does it get more French than this?

A castle in a town near Nimes. Very touristy.

That night we were back in Paris, and Nessy and I went to L'Amizonial in Les Halles. Fun place. We dropped a chunk of change.

Nessy pre-intoxication. We could barely tell you how we made it home that night. Something about hailing a cab. ;p

Excuse me sir, I'd like a helping of the last circle of Hell!

Ok, maybe a weird and obscure reference, but ya know - in Dante's Inferno the Devil is stuck in a frozen circle of hell ...much like Austria.

Ness and I decide it is TOO cold in that damn train, and break out the 'emergency' blanket - Shaa!! and monkeys might fly outta my butt.

We relocate to a car with reclining seats and try to sleep.

Ness and I in our hotel right across from the train station.

I, the keen navigator, get us smoothly around Vienna!

Ness develops and affinity for 'ice flowers'.

We reach our destination: The Sigmund Freud "Museum"

"So, I had this dream ..."

Ness infront of some very cool looking building in Vienna, freezing her butt off! ;)

The church we had to brave the FRIGID weather for ;)

And Mozart's Hollywood star.

No Nessy, I don't want to climb these stairs anymore!!

The very limited view from the top... 360 er something steps later. Yarrrgh! (Stevenplatz or something)

After sushi we stopped for wine, and soon learned Vienna has the worst wine in all of Europe - so bland!

Yep guys, this is what yours truly looks like in the morning. Rise and Shine !!

YUCK!! SO SO Sick of Bologne!! Breakfast anyone?

Ness at the Beethoven museum in one of the many houses he inhabited in Vienna.

A lock of hair - from his chest!!!

Odds and ends at the oh-so-prestigious museum.

Two ferns hang in front of bars to let passersby know they're open... but they weren't!

Now a bar, this building was once one of Beethoven's apartments.

We know who really does the work at these Shoemaker shops!!

Warmth! Finally!!

And we stayed for hours... Gee I wonder why?

Ness isn't telling;)

She's consuming!

A weird statue in the metro station across from our hotel.

Onward! To Warmth!! Madrid!
